Complex Elitsa is a family guest house in Sredni Kolibi - a small village in the Elena Balkan, located in near proximity to the Yovkovtsi Reservoir, 15 km from Elena and 25 km from Veliko Tarnovo. Complex Elitsa accommodates its guests in тво cosy and well-appointed houses, built in the typical for the area old style. The first one has two storeys and can be rented as a private villa. On the ground (first floor) is located a lovely tavern - bright, cosy and with a fireplace, where the hosts serve selected, home-cooked specialties from the Elena Balkan region. The second floor houses 5 rooms with 14 beds - 2 double, 2 triple and 1 quadruple room. Outside right next to the house is placed a covered veranda with dining area, which provides lovely views of the Brusova Mogila hill. The second has has only one storey with 3 rooms - 1 double, 1 triple and 1 quadruple. The guests have at their disposal a spacious grassed yard with an outdoor pool with sunbeds and parasols, volleyball playground as well as enough space for parking cars.

House Elitsa provides 3 double rooms furnished either with one double or two single beds. The in-room amenities include a TV set with satellite television, en-suite bathroom with shower and heating. The quoted rates are per room per night and include breakfast.
