The building, in which Zlatka Rooms are located, has two entrances. In the first one are located two rooms, which may be rented separately or together as an apartment without kitchenette, one studio and one room (studio type). In the second entrance are located a studio and a two-room apartment with a kitchen. All of them are practically appointed and have the necessary modern day amenities that ensure a comfortable stay. They also have spacious terraces overlooking the Cherno More square, where are the bus stops for transport to and from Sofia. Nearby there are shops, food stores, bakeries, restaurants and entertainment venues.

Studio 101 is located in the 1A entrance. It may accommodate 2 or 3 guests and the price is 45-55 lv or 55-65 lv respectively, depending on the season. This is one large and sunny room furnished with a double bed with two separate mattresses, a third additional bed, wardrobe, dining table with chairs and kitchenette, which is fitted with a cooker, refrigerator, electric kettle, cutlery and crockery. The amenities of Studio 101 include a TV set, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioner, iron and ironing board, a large terrace with table and chairs, clothes dryer, en-suite bathroom with shower.

Room 203 is accessed via the 1A entrance of Zlatka Rooms in Sozopol. It may accommodated 2 or 3 guests and the price per night is 36-50 lv or 45-60 lv depending on the season. The furnishing of the room includes a double bed with a double mattress, an additional bed with a mattress for a third guest, a sofa, arm-chair, wardrobe, dining table with chairs. The facilities include a TV set, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioner, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, a large terrace with table and chairs, clothes dryer, en-suite bathroom with shower.

Rooms 201 and 202 form a comfortable apartment without kitchenette, which is suitable for a group of friends or a family with children. They are accessed via the 1A entrance of the building. One of the rooms has a double bed and a sofa, which may accommodate an additional guest, a wardrobe and table with chairs. The second room is provided with a double bed, arm-chair, wardrobe. Each of the rooms is fitted with a TV set, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioner, clothes dryer and terrace. In the corridor are placed a refrigerator, electric kettle, an iron and ironing board for shared use. The two rooms also share a bathroom with shower.

In the 1 entrance of Zlatka Rooms in Sozopol is located one studio, which may accommodate 2 or 3 guests, and the respective rates are 45-55 lv or 55-65 lv per night depending on the season. It consists of one very large room with a sleeping corner and kitchenette. The furnishing include a double bed with two separate mattresses, an additional bed with a mattress for a third guest, wardrobe. In the kitchen area are provided a dining table with chairs, sofa, refrigerator, hot plate, microwave oven, sink. Zlatka Rooms offer one apartment for four accessed via entrance 1 of the building. It consists of two bedrooms with wardrobe, TV set and air conditioner; a living room with a sofa, arm-chair, bed, TV set and air conditioner. The kitchen forms a third room with kitchen cabinets, sink, refrigerator, cooker, cutlery and crockery, terrace with table and chairs overlooking an inner courtyard. The apartment's entrance door opens onto the living room, therefore it is suitable for families with children and groups of up to 4-5 people.
