Iskar Villas

Iskar Villas is a cosy holiday complex of three guest houses in Kranevo, which offer comfortable rooms. The complex is located in a quiet and tranquil area of Kranevo, which is a predisposition for complete relaxation and undisturbed rest. Therefore Iskar Villas are preferred by families with children and coupled. They are also suitable for groups of friends. The beach is some 700 meters away from the complex, while the main street is only 150 meters away. A 24-hour food store, pharmacy and a dental surgery.

Iskar Villas are three three-storey guest houses with a pleasantly landscaped garden with a barbecue and an outdoor pool with a section for kids, which are maintained in perfect condition as to provide maximum relaxation. The capacity of every house is 12-14 beds. The guests may either rent separate rooms, or a whole house. On the first floor of every building there is a studio for 4+2 guests. On the second floor are located a double and a triple room. The third floor is occupied by a mansard family room for four people. The complex also features a reception desk, bistro and a parking lot with video surveillance.

The studios take up the ground floors of every villa. Each has an area of 55 sq.m. and may comfortably accommodate four guests. One or two additional beds may be placed if needed. A seating and dining area are also provided as well as kitchenette fitted with a refrigerator, aspirator, sink, electric kettle, built-in oven, hot plates, cutlery and crockery. The additional in-studio amenities include a TV set with cable television, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom with shower. The rates per person per night vary from 13 to 25 lv depending on the length of stay.

The double rooms are set on the second floors of the villas. Their area is 20 sq.m. and each is furnished with two single beds, which may be joined to form one double. The in-room amenities include a TV set with cable television, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioner, terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower. The rates per person per night vary from 13 to 25 lv depending on the length of stay.

Next to every double room on the second floor of every villa a triple room is located, equipped with a TV set with cable television, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioner, terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower. Their area is 35 sq.m. and in addition to the third beds may be placed a fourth, if needed. The rates per person per night vary from 13 to 25 lv depending on the length of stay.

Iskar Villas offer three family rooms - one on every mansard (last) floor of the villas. The family room has an area of 50 sq.m. and is suitable for accommodating 4+1 guests. The in-room amenities include a fully equipped kitchenette, TV set with cable television, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioner, terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower. The rates per person per night vary from 13 to 25 lv depending on the length of stay.

Kranevo is a quiet and pleasant resort village for sea holidays. It is located very close to Albena and its large beach is a natural extension of Albena's beach with fine golden-white sand, gently sloping sea bed and crystal clear water. It is suitable for children and inexperienced swimmers. The beach is 700 meters from Iskar Villas and there are shortcuts to it. On the beach itself there are many restaurants, bars and entertainment facilities. Between Kranevo and Albena is located the Baltata reserve, which protects the northernmost longose forests on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The proximity of Albena, Balchik, Golden Sands and other interesting place on the sea coast allows the guests of the complex to enjoy one-day trips in the area.

Iskar Villas are located close to the main street in Kranevo. The resort village is set 3 km south of Albena, 12 km south of Balchik and 7 km north of Golden Sands.
