It is located in a quiet and peaceful area within 5 to 10 minutes on foot from the town center and very close to the Izvorite park, where are located a number of places of interest. The house is open year-round and offers to its guests stylish combination of old-world charm and modern facilities, which create a pleasant welcoming environment.

House Vodoley occupies an old Kotel houses, which is fully restored. The typical old-word charm of a Kotel home is preserved in small details like old chests of drawers, hand-made lace covers, colorful floor rugs also hand-woven by local craftsmen. At the same time the house provides all facilities of today as to ensure the comfortable sojourn and complete relaxation of its guests.

House Vodoley in Kotel has two storeys. On the first one are located a a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the second floor are located the other two bedrooms, which share an artistic bathroom with shower. Each one of them may accommodate up to 4 guests and total capacity of the house is 14 beds. The in-room amenities include a TV set with cable television, Wi-Fi internet, local heating.

For the enjoyable stay of its guests this cosy holiday house in Kotel also offers a tavern with a fireplace set in a separate building attached to the house. The tavern has a capacity for 20 seats and is suitable for gatherings with friends and the family. During the warm months guests may relax in the spacious summer garden with barbecue area and an outdoor dining corner.

Kotel is a lovely destination for tourism at any time of the year and no matter when they visit it, its guests will always have something interesting to see and do. Those interested in Revival architecture and history will definitely discover the charming revival atmosphere of Kotel in its numerous authentic houses from that period as well as in the interesting exhibitions of the local Ethnographic Museum. The town is the birthplace of G. S. Rakovski, Sophronius of Vratsa, Peter Baron, Aleko Bogoridi, Neofit Bozveli and a pleiad of other renowned Bulgarian from the Revival period, which are commemorated in a special museum. There is also a Pantheon in the name of Rakovski. Another pride of Kotel is the National Music School for Folklore Arts and Dances in the name of Philip Kutev. The town also has a Museum of natural science, which is set in the Izvorite park, very close to House Vodoley. The park is called like this (meaning Springs) because here is situated the spring of the Kotleshnitsa river. It also includes a sports bases with a stadium and alleys set among beautiful forests. In fact nature in the area is very picturesque and there are excellent opportunities for hiking and trekking, walking and picnicking, hunting nad fishing, photo and jeep safaris.
