Milkovata House is newly-built and its architecture follows the plan of the traditional Bulgarian Revival houses, typical for the area. It has two floors and is set at the back of an extensive, walled and terraced garden, which is entered through a large gate. A stone pathway leads through sunny grassed lawns to the house itself, where a covered barbecue area is located. In the garden there are many cosy nooks for outdoor relaxation and games. In the warm months the hosts provide a splash pool, sunbeds and parasols.

Milkovata House in Koshov recreates entirely the cosiness and charm of the traditional Bulgarian house from two centuries ago. It combines colorfulness, traditional decoration and modern amenities as to provide maximum comfort for every guest. On the ground floor of the house is located a spacious tavern-living room, which consists of two adjoining rooms. The first has a large dining table, surrounded by window seats. In the second there is a fireplace, a corner for relaxation and dining, music system and TV. On the same floor is provided a fully equipped kitchen, intended for guests who prefer to cook for themselves during their stay.

On the first floor of Milkovata House in Koshov are located three double rooms. The floor is reached via a wooden stairwell, which leads to a spacious veranda. From the veranda there is a spearate entrance for every room. In addition, it revelas lovely views of the garden, the village and the picturesque surroundings. Right beside the house flows the Cherni Lom river therefore its guests may enjot relaxed hours of fishing while staying here.

Milkovata House offers accommodation in a total of three double rooms. Each one of them is decorated in traditional style and is appointed with comfortable furniture of natural wood. The in-room amenities include a TV set, internet connection and en-suite bathroom with shower. The quoted rates are per room per night.

The guests of Milkovata House have a large choice of opporunities for active recreation and visiting interesting attractions in the area of Koshov. The village is on the territory of the Rusenski Lom Natural Park and is set on the left bank of the Cherni Lom river, some 7 km from the Ivanovo Rock Churches - a religious hesychast complex dating back to the Second Bulgarian Kingdom, which is protected by UNESCO for its priceless murals. On the way to Ruse, near the Basarbovo village is set the famous Basarbovo Rock Monastery. South of Koshov is located the medieval town of Cherven. It also dates back to the period of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom. Fans of wild nature may enjoy the beautiful gorge created by the Cherni Lom river near Koshov. There are many picturesque rocks here, in which are formed beautiful caves. The most famous one is the Orlova Chuka cave, located a few kilometers south of the village. In the area there are also excellent opportunities for rock climbing and bird watching.
