Villa Ani is a three-storey house with a nice summer garden, where is located a barbecue area with a fireplace and dining table and chairs, intended for shared use by the house guests. For them are offered 2 double rooms, 1 studio, 1 apartment with one bedroom and 1 apartment with two bedrooms. All of them are modernly, functionally and comfortably appointed and feature the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The guests may either rent the whole villa (10+6 beds) or separate rooms/apartments from it. The house also offers communal barbecue area, washing machine, dryer, iron.

Villa Ani offers accommodation in 2 double rooms, each furnished with two single beds or one double bed. Every room has a TV set with cable television, air conditioner, refrigerator, en-suite bathroom with shower, terrace.

In addition, the studio is provided with a fireplace, air conditioner, en-suite bathroom with shower and a very large terrace with a table and chairs.

For the guests of this holiday house in Saint Vlas is one apartment consisting of a bedroom with two single beds and a separate living room, in which are provided a seating area with a pull-out sofa bed, music system and TV set, dining area with a table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave oven, sink, hot plates, aspirator, cutlery and crockery. The additional apartment facilities include an air conditioner, terrace overlooking the sea with a table and chairs, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The capacity is 2+2 guests.

The greatest asset of Saint Vlas is its climate, influenced by the sea and the mountain, which are responsible for its healing qualities. The beach of the resort is clean, with fine golden sand. Here is located the biggest yacht marina on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and annually are held yacht regattas. The proximity of Sunny Beach (3 km) will appeal to fans of entertainment regardless of the hour. Visitors keen on cultural-historic tourism may visit cape Emine (5 km) and Nessebar (6 km), whose unique heritage is protected by UNESCO.
