Villa Maria

Villa Maria is a cosy guest house in Beli Osam, which is open year-round. It is suitable for accommodating couples, families with children, organized groups of up to 16 guests and everyone who is looking for a relaxed holiday in peace and quiet. Located under the Beklemeto resort, 10 km from Troyan, it offers home-like cosiness, affordable rates for accommodation and very good conditions for holidays in the picturesque Troyan Balkan. It is also a convenient starting point for tourism in the mountain at any time of the year.

Villa Maria is a three-storey house with a spacious, lush in greenery yard. In the warm months it is a splendid place for outdoor relaxation and games in the fresh air. For the children there is a special corner with a sandbox and swings. For adults are provided cosy relax corners from where they may enjoy the alpineum and the flower garden.

Attached to the house there is a spacious covered barbecue area. It is equipped with a large fireplace for roasting lamb as well as for grilled dishes. There are also comfy chairs and dining tables for alfresco dining. On the ground (first) floor of the house is located a large dining room with table and chairs, TV set, fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen intended for private use by the guests as well as a bathroom with a toilet. Nearby are located a cafe, restaurant and very well stocked food store.

The guests of Villa Maria in Beli Osam have at their disposal a total of 8 double rooms with maximum capacity for 16 guests in the winter and 23 in the summer. Five of the rooms together with two bathrooms and three toilets are on the second floor and the other three rooms with a bathroom and toilet are on the third floor. The rooms are fitted with TV set with cable television, one double or two single beds. Heating is available throughout the house. The rate is 10 lv per person per night. The price during holidays is upon agreement. In the winter groups are accommodating for stays of 2 days and longer.

Beli Osam has a central location in the Troyan Balkan, therefore Villa Maria is a convenient home base for mountain tourism in all seasons. Nearby the village is located the Beklemeto resort, which is ideal for skiing and winter sports. Fans of trekking will discover numerous eco trails and marked routes that lead to many mountain chalets and natural attractions in the area. People who fancy SPA holidays may enjoy the SPA centers of the nearby villages of Chiflik and Shipkovo. In the Aidushko Sborishte locality are provided excellent facilities for horseback riding and picnicking. Beli Osam is also near the village of Oreshak where are located the Troyan monastery and the Museum of folk crafts and arts. There are also several interesting museums in the town of Troyan.
