In the town center is located the only one of its kind Home of Humour and Satire and 8 km south of Gabrovo is its unique aerial museum - Etara (Architectural and Ethnographic Complex Etar), which has preserved authentic Bulgarian Revival houses and still functioning ancient workshops. This village is famous for its beauty and unique Bulgarian Revival architecture, for which it is listed as an architectural and historic monument of culture. A second eco trail (2 km) leads from Bojentsi to Tryavna. Those keen on skiing may practice their favourite sport on the ski runs of the Uzana locality, the longest of which is 1300 meters. This locality is set at the foothills of peak Ispolin (1524 m) and 22 km from Gabrovo.
