Holiday House Boyadjika offers accommodation in two separate guest houses located in a common lush in greenery garden on several levels. In it are provided plenty of cosy nooks for rest and entertainment in fresh air as well as open spaces for games, a zone with an outdoor swimming pool and chaise-lounges, alpineum, which are for the common use by all guests of the complex. The hosts offer the opportunity to rent either separate rooms from the houses or a whole house. The rate for renting a whole house only for one night is 200 lv. The rate for renting a whole house for more than one night is 160 lv per night. During weekends and holidays the houses must be rented for at least two nights. The quoted rates include all extras of the complex and for using the furnace and cheverme applies an additional fee.

The Big House of complex Holiday House Boyadjika has two storeys. On the ground floor is located a spacious kitchen with a built-in oven, ceramic cook-top, aspirator, sink, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, dish-washer, coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Next to it is set up a large dining room with a fireplace, LCD TV set, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet. Its capacity is 25 seats. On the second floor of the house are located 3 rooms and 1 studio. In the garden right next to the building is provided a spacious covered area with a summer kitchen, dining corner and professional barbecue.
