Every house consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with two separate beds, a kitchenette with an oven, refrigerator, sink, cutlery and crockery, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for two, a coffee table with arm chairs, a dining corner with a small table and chairs, a TV set, a spacious bathroom with a boiler, large terrace overlooking the sea. Every family house is provided with powerful air conditioner for heating and cooling.

Complex Jordash features 45 bungalows. Each one of them consists of one spacious room with two, three or four beds, a seating corner with a coffee table and stools, a wardrobe, refrigerator, en-suite bathroom and a veranda with a table and four chairs. Some bungalows have air conditioners and others don't.

Shkorpilovtsi is located along the longest beach on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast (13 km). From north to south it connects the estuary of the river Kamchia and the resort complexes of Byala and Obzor. The visitors of Shkorpilovtsi will enjoy gorgeous sand, plenty of sunny days, tranquility and unspoilt nature. At 2-3 km from Shkorpilovtsi is located the Longoza reserve, surrounded to the north and south by the two branches of the river Shkorpilovska flowing into the Black Sea. Here is located the northernmost point of Stara planina at the point of reaching the Black Sea. The place is called cape Cherni nos and is also known as Karaborun or Karadere. The area is also suitable for fishing and kite surf.
