Hotel Medven is a complex of a 160-year old authentic Revival house, a newly built hotel and a restaurant. The old house allows every guest to immerse in the authentic atmosphere of the old-style Bulgarian home the way it has been centuries ago. The house has 1 double and 4 triple rooms as well as 2 triple rooms, which form an apartment. The rooms are wood panelled, which adds up to their cosy and warm atmosphere.

The new building of Hotel Medven features 5 double, 7 triple and 2 quadruple rooms intended for those guests, who prefer the modern interior style. This building also has a special hall with a large jacuzzi tub and a sauna, which may be used at an additional fee.

The restaurant of Hotel Medven is situated in a separate building. Its hall is 73 sq.m. in size and is equipped with air conditioners, heating, large fire place and a TV set. The restaurant interior is in old traditional style. The menu include mainly specialties from the traditional Bulgarian cuisine.

Hotel Medven boasts a large and very beautiful garden with lush greenery, surrounded by a high fence. An artificial river with bridge, a well, barbecue and shelter form lovely nooks for rest and entertainment.

A main local landmark is the monument and the house-museum of Zahari Stoyano, who was born in the village of Medven. Guests who love wild mountain nature may organize picnics and walking tours in the mountain as well as visit the local natural attractions - the waterfalls Malkia skok, Golemia skok and Sinia vir on the river Medvenska.
