Apartment on the beach S&J is established in a new building on the rocky shore of the new town of Sozopol, 50 meters from the Harmani beach. Apartment on the beach S&J in Sozopol faces south and its decor is dominated by soft warm colors. The carefully selected elements of interior and the various amenities create and exceptionally harmonious and home-like atmosphere. The flat consists of a spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and a terrace. The living room features a sitting corner with sofa and a sleeping corner with a pull-out sofa, which are separated by a book case. There is also a TV set with cable television and air conditioner. The kitchenette is functionally organized and modernly designed. It has a refrigerator, microwave oven, hot plates, aspirator, sink, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery and crockery.

The living room is connected with the bedroom and the bathroom by an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe. The bedroom is quiet and overlooks the sea. It is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a work desk and chair. The bathroom is spacious and features a shower cabin, WC, sink, bathroom furniture. The apartment is cleaned twice a week by a maid between 11 AM to 14 PM. Change of bed linen is every 7 days and change of bathroom towels is every 3 days. The apartment is suitable for adults and children older than 10 years of age. The maximum capacity is either three adults or two adults with two growing up children. Pets are not allowed inside the flat.

Sozopol is one of the first towns settled on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It is established by the Thracians some 27 centuries ago. Its ancient history has left in heritage remarkable monuments of culture and architecture such as the churches St Zosimi and St Bogoroditsa, the houses of Dimitar Laskaridis, Una Psaryanova, baba Kukulisa Hadjinikolova. In Sozopol may be visited the Archaeological Musem and the Art Gallery. The bohemian atmosphere of the town and the annual art festival Apolonia have also been attracting for years thousands of people who love beauty, harmony and romance.
