Apartments Lucky Beach is a newly built apartment complex in the new town of Sozopol. The complex is situated right next to one of the beaches of the town and from it are reveal enchanting views of the sea, of one of the bays of Sozopol, the Budjaka neighborhood and the beach Harmanite. In the bedroom of each apartment are provided a double bed, LCD TV set, air conditioner. In the living room are provided an extending couch, LCD TV set, air conditioner, DVD player, a kitchen with refrigerator, cooker, microwave oven, hot water boiler, coffee machine, toaster, dining corner. As additional facilities in the apartments are offered internet connection, iron and ironing board, safe. The capacity of every apartment is 2+3 guests and the price for the whole apartment for one night depending on the season varies from 70 and 160 lv. For every additional bed are paid 10 lv.

The studios consist of a private bathroom, terrace with a sea view and one large room, in which are provided a double bed, an extending couch, a kitchen with refrigerator, cooker, microwave oven, hot water boiler, coffee machine, toaster, dining corner, LCD TV set, air conditioner, internet connection, safe, ironing facilities, DVD player. The capacity of one studio is 2+2 guests and the price for a whole studio for one night depending on the season varies from 40 to 100 lv.

Apartments Lucky Beach is located only 10 meters from one of the beaches of Sozopol in the new part of the town on Republikanska Street.
