The hotel of ethnographic complex Chiflika Chukurovo may accommodate a total of 75 guests in the two wings of the main building - The Monastery, so called because of the resemblance of its facade with a monastery, and The Panorama, so called because of its panoramic view over the valley. In the Monastery there are 12 double rooms, 4 suites and 2 studios decorated in the old Bulgarian town style. In the Panorama wing there are 8 double rooms. The three private bungalows each of which has a bedroom, a living room and a kitchen, together with the beautiful family house can also accommodate an additional number of guests.

Tavern Chiflika and its Chevermedjiynitsa will tempt every visitors with its fragrant and delicious meals prepared by professional chefs. Most of the products used in the preparation of the food are locally produced and ecologically clean. The capacity of the tavern is 150 seats distributed in two main halls and five thematically decorated chambers. Here every connoisseur can be in direct contact with the authentic way of life of the old Bulgarians and can enjoy original Bulgarian cuisine as well as Bulgarian folklore music performed live. The tavern provides perfect conditions for the organization of family celebrations and business meetings.

There isn't a perfect meal until it's not combined with quality wine or rakiya - a typical Bulgarian grape brandy. The wine-cellar of Chiflika Chukurovo is keeping am elite collection of fragrant and rich in tastes wines and rakiyas. The proprietor of Chiflika Chukorov himself prepares the well-known medicinal wine pelin after an original recipe from the Karlovo and Kalofer region.

Picnic Yurta is built right next to the complex Chiflika Chukurovo near a natural oak tree forest. This is a place for rest and for having a snack for the guests tired of horse riding and shooting with a rifle or a bow. The intact beauty of this place leaves every guest speechless with delight. Picnic Yurta has an open air part and a covered part with a total capacity of 120 seats. It is also a splendid place for organizing different events despite the season.

In the park of the complex Chiflika Chukurovo is located an open-air agricultural museum showing different tools from a century or two ago. The ethnographic museum shows a typical old Bulgarian house and the hunters chamber is а place to meet friends who love hunting.

The opportunities for entertainment offered by the proprietors of the ethnographic complex Chiflika Chukurovo are innumerable. Besides having fun around the swimming pool of the complex, which has a special section for children, guests may watch the recreation of typical Bulgarian customs and rituals. They may also see how a typical Bulgarian wedding is held with all its rites or how Bulgarians prepare for and celebrate Christmas. They will be able to visit a typical Bulgarian village and see what people did for fun in the old days. In the complex are held wine tasting days.
