Yovchovata House

Those, who need silence, tranquility and fresh air amidst picturesque nature, have to pay a visit to the Yovchovata House. It is located in the beautiful Trevnenski balkan in the village of Neykovtsi, 8 km from Tryavna. The name of the villa comes after the name of its constructor Yovcho Nenkov - a war volunteer who has built it in 1895. In 2004 the house has been restored. It craftily combines the style of the old Bulgarian houses with the comforts of modern life.

Yovchovata House is a neat two-storey house with several additional buildings amidst a vast, well-kept and picturesque garden. The villa is a splendid place for a short break with the family and vacations with friends. Guests may rent the whole villa or separate rooms from it. The bedrooms are four in total - three double rooms and a single one. The bedrooms are provided with everything guests might need for a tranquil and pleasant rest.

Yovchovata House provides a fully equipped kitchen and a small tavern with a fireplace that can seat up to ten people. Guests will have everything needed to prepare their food during their stay in the villa. There is also a TV set with cable television as well as coverage of mobile communication operators.

The barbecue in the garden is covered and guests may use it at any time of the year. The veranda above the barbecue place is a wonderful place to relax with a favorite drink, read a book or just gaze at the beauty around. It is nicely tucked away and guests may enjoy the view and the fresh air despite of the weather. The garden is suitable for all kinds of games for children and grown-ups. There is also ample parking space.

The double rooms are equipped with furniture from natural wood. The two beds have comfortable mattresses and the wardrobes are large enough to take all your luggage. The rooms are bright, clean and welcoming. They all share a common bathroom with shower.

For those who prefer active rest the house keepers offer shooting with bows and air guns. They may organize picnics and walking tours to the nearby hills of the Trevnenski balkan.
