On the same floor there is a separate WC and a special place for the washing machine, the clothes drying machine and the boiler.

The veranda of the house is quite big and built on two levels. It is a splendid place to rest in fresh air and enjoy the peaceful and quiet setting. It opens onto a spacious and well-kept garden, which provides plenty of possibilities for entertainment. Guests may use the covered luxury jacuzzi, prepare delicious meals in the barbecue under the shelter, play with the kids. The yard provides ample parking space.

The single room is furnished with a bed, chair, night cabinet and wardrobe for the baggage. All the furniture is from solid natural wood. The room is spacious and bright.
