Hotel Kiparis may accommodate its guests in 16 double rooms and four apartments with a total capacity for 55 people. All rooms are modernly and stylishly furnished. They are larger than the standard rooms for this category for additional comfort and privacy of the guests. For their complete relaxation Hotel Kiparis offers an inviting relax centre in which they can pamper themselves. The hotel guests may choose from a steam bath, jacuzzi or massage under the deft hands of professional masseurs or try everything in the relax centre.

The restaurant of Hotel Kiparis has a capacity for 50 people in its inner hall and additional 40 seats on the terrace with a panoramic view of the mountain. The setting of the restaurant is cozy and elegant. In the cold evening its fireplace provides warm and pleasant moments. In the menu are present the best dishes of the Bulgarian national cuisine skillfully prepared by the restaurant's chef. The restaurant is very suitable for business meetings and family occasions.

The cafe-bar of Hotel Kiparis can seat up to 32 people. It serves hot and cold drinks, soft and alcoholic beverages. Guests will be pleasantly surprised by its interior design and the cocktails served there. Hotel Kiparis offers excellent conditions for conferences, seminars, business meetings. It has a conference hall with a capacity for 40 people, equipped with a computer, internet connection, flip chart, multimedia and screen.

The double rooms of the hotel are exceptionally bright and spacious. They can be furnished with both a big double bed or two single beds. The rope-line has a capacity for 300 per hour. There is a rope-line especially for kids and skiing school. The region is quite appropriate for mountaineers and skiers.

One of the most remarkable sights of the region is the Ledenika cave located at 5 km from Hotel Kiparis. The cave entrance is at 830 m. altitude. It consists of several cave halls. The lowest of the halls is the entrance and has fascinating ice-crystal shapes which has given the cave's name.
