Villa The Big Bear is situated in a newly built two-storey house with a large garden. In every corner of the place is felt the caring hand of the house keepers. The villa may accommodate thirteen guests in five comfortable rooms. It is entirely for self-contained use. On the first floor of the villa is located one of the bedrooms with a private bathroom with shower and WC. There is also a bright and spacious living room with a fireplace, TV set with satellite television and a kitchen, which has everything needed for self-catering use - refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, stove, microwave oven, dish-washer. On the second floor are located the other four bedrooms, each of which has a private bathroom with shower and WC. The whole villa is locally heated. In the picturesque garden of Villa The Big Bear is provided a brick barbecue with a shelter for those who love specialties on grill. There is also a children's playground with a sandbox. Ample parking space is provided.

The double rooms are simple and comfortable with furniture of solid wood. Both have one big double bed and wardrobe for the luggage. The private bathrooms are with a shower and WC. Children up to 3 years old stay free. The price for children between 3 and 12 years of age is 10 lv per night.

For entertainment the guests of Villa The Big Bear may take walks on the beaten tracks of the mountain, go fishing or game hunting. For all ornithologists the mountain of Strandja offers splendid conditions for bird watching of different interesting species. The mountain is also suitable for practicing orientation with a map, compass and radio stations off the beaten track. Every guest of Villa The Big Bear will have the opportunity to enjoy all the charms of the Strandja mountain.
